Mackenzie's First Catch

We were at a cookout over the Memorial Day weekend & a friend of ours was throwing a toy football to Mackenzie. It would hit her chest, bounce onto the ground, and she'd laugh like it was the funniest thing she'd ever seen! I attempted to capture this on video using my digital camera (sorry, no sound) and ended up getting her first catch on video!

Welcome to the world, Jackson Wayne!

My grand-nephew made his entrance into the world on Sunday afternoon, weighing in at 8lb 1oz and measuring 19" long. Congratulations to new mama and dad, Heather & Garrett.

Jackson is my third grand-nephew/niece (Cameron & Delaney are #1 and #2) ... and #4 is due in August, and #5 is due in October!! We just love babies in this family :)

Off to the prom ...

Jake went to the Junior Prom with his girlfriend, and they had a great time! I can't believe my baby is old enough to go to a prom, but I have to get over it, right??? ACK! Here are some pictures, aren't they a great looking couple??
